  • Water Cooling System: Controllable flow system to fine tune the system. This cooling system ensures that the temperatures of the grinding chamber remain under control, thus preventing premature breakdown and failure.
  • Hydraulic Openable Chamber: The Rasper chamber can be hydraulically opened facilitating easy and quick inspection and maintenance.
  • Efficient Dust Collector: The Dust collection system we provide catches 90% of the dust and Nylon Fiber that gets liberated from tyres, and stores it in a jumbo bag for easy transfer.
  • Least Maintenance: The Cutters of our Rasper are purposefully designed in a way that reduces their maintenance cost by 50% compared to our competitors.
